Pros
The people that I worked with were friendly and helpful. Some groups do innovation days / sprints to allow you to try something new outside of your daily work.
Cons
Going through a cultural identity crisis. They are trying to become a tech company, rather than just a financial company, but the change process was slow and messy when I left. Some groups are in a better state than others. Compensation was also not competitive, and annual raises were insultingly low, even when identified as having "exceeds expectations" performance.
