      A great cafeteria and met many great people there .

      Cons

      Lousy pay, paranoid Team Leads , no shift differential for second shift; people fired for being ill and missing work!

      Able to work from home, good benefits

      Cons

      Very stressful. Calls would come in nonstop with no time to take breather between calls. Pay is on the low end for what we have to deal with.
