Pros
New construction will make the place look nice and the location is convenient for people living in north Phx as there aren't many other big banks around that side of town.
Cons
The pay is ridiculous compared to industry standard, the environment is unprofessional. They have got the JD Power & Associates award for employee satisfaction but I dont know how because I havent spoke to a single employee that is happy and loyal. Most are actively looking for other jobs or would gladly leave if another opportunity presented itself.
