Benefits from day one Job training is good alot of perks and prizes/ recognition
Cons
Pay is lower than other companies The work at home position should be WORK AT HOME. Didnt like if you didnt meet goal you were required to come in 2-3 days a week. It really sucks for those people who were approved to move to other states with the position. How do you expect them to come in to work if they live in Florida, texas etc. Not to mention, ever since JD Power the company has gone way over there head. The turner over rate is HIGH . new training class every quarter. They say employees are first but not so much
