      None. This is an awful job

      Cons

      Strict schedule adherence. Managers do not communicate well if at all. Will approve PTO but then tell you the day after you use it that is not approved and tell you it’s unpaid. Benefits are extremely expensive. Pay is not good for the garbage you have to deal with.

      There are still great employees working at Discover despite looming layoffs due to Capital One acquisition.

      Cons

      Morale is at an all-time low, integration with Capital One has caused significant anxiety and confusion.

      Its a great place to work. A little challenging with the recent changes. Tuition reimbursment, insurance paid time off. Yearly bonus.
