Once a great company, now sub-par - Software Engineer Discover Employee Review

The company has revoked flexible work arrangements for Chicago based employees. Promotions have been stopped. Instead promotions are listed as new openings that an employee must post for. So much for rewarding outstanding work. Why work for a company whose vacation policy, remote work policy, pay scale, promotion system, and bonus incentives are standard or sub-par to other area companies?
