      Benefits like PTO and dental. Coworkers/managers are amazing

      Cons

      Policies, systems and rarely opportunities for growth. Debit card will decline and there is no way for us to let it go through it’s a stressful work environment and calls are back to back

      Morale is at an all-time low, integration with Capital One has caused significant anxiety and confusion.

      Its a great place to work. A little challenging with the recent changes. Tuition reimbursment, insurance paid time off. Yearly bonus.
