Not the best - Customer Service Representative Discover Employee Review

Can't disconnect calls when customers are screaming at you, if you work remotely and go to use the rest room and are gone for more than 2 mins, they will blow up your teams and phone. Heavy on communication which is fine but they don't communicate on their part. Not a good fit if you are working from home with small children.
