      Discover does offer great benefits as most company's do.

      Cons

      Hard to advance. They care more about their numbers then the employees working to give them those numbers. They care more about quantity then quality.

      Able to work from home, good benefits

      Cons

      Very stressful. Calls would come in nonstop with no time to take breather between calls. Pay is on the low end for what we have to deal with.
