      Pros

      Good money. You could work from home when i worked there atleast.

      Cons

      The customers are brutal. You will only answer fun calls in training that are just people turning in their rewards who are going to generally happy. Once you're on the real phones then you deal with the more upset customers.

      Able to work from home, good benefits

      Cons

      Very stressful. Calls would come in nonstop with no time to take breather between calls. Pay is on the low end for what we have to deal with.
