Low pay, awful culture, constant lay offs, managers all play favorites, no way to move up if you’re not a manager, company is mostly women and sometimes they creep hard on young male employees. This is a dying company. Don’t work here unless you have zero experience or can get a very cushy job as a manager. This company is irrelevant. Few training opportunities. Also HR here protects the managers.
