Pros

Very easy work, most people are happy because they're at Disney already, Coworkers are really nice and easy to work with, you get to clock out 20 minutes before your shift ends every shift so as you get time to go back to your car.

Cons

They go by seniority so when you get hired for the first couple months you can be looking at anywhere from 8 hours a week during non-peak season to 30+ hours during peak, this also depends on what location. The only big problem with this job that I have encountered is how unpredictable the scheduling is with hours if you are part time. One week you can get 30 hours then all of a sudden down to 8. If you need to make payments but are only getting 8 hours a week at minimum wage for 2 months then it gets kinda hard.

You can work your way up to work even in the corporate side or swap departments too.

Cons

I don't see cons to be honest.
