Pros

Free park entry for you and 3 people 16 times a year, Company D where everything is 50% off, Holiday 40% discount, You work with some nice people,

Cons

-HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT -Really Horrible Pay -Long 8 hour shifts or 4 hour ones -Takes way too long to park, walk to your location, get costumes ect. -Disney Look sucks -Some people are pretty awful including the public -Little to no time off esp on weekends and holidays. -Scheduling is the worst expect to close every night til 2:30 am or later -9 hour turnaround which are more like 4 hour turnarounds for your shift the next day -You are overworked in peak season, working 40 hours a week with no health benefits -No recognition or appreciation for anything you do -Union Fees (union doesn't do anything for you) -Mold, Health Hazards, and Filthy Break rooms -Mandatory extending your shift -Having to work multiple locations in the parks with different costumes ect. -Weather can suck and some areas have no AC or its broken and they wont fix it -Scheduling will call you at 7am after a night of closing til 1am to tell you that you are being moved to another location for your next shift with 1 hour of notice. -Security wont even let you take a nap in your own car.... -Management doesnt care if your sick, have school, dying or having personal problems you will still get points

-Benefits are amazing. All kinds of benefits. -Work environment is really good. I felt like everyone is nice to you, including both coworkers and managers.- -Working shifts is flexible since there's the chance to swap shifts with coworkers. -Growth opportunity is big. You can work your way up to work even in the corporate side or swap departments too.

Cons

I don't see cons to be honest.
