Pros
We were blessed with a 30-minute paid lunch. Traditional paid holidays. Work pays health insurance. Uncapped commission. Occasional pizza bought for the office.
Cons
Employee training is 3 words "Pound. The. Phones." 4 employees quit within 6 months there this year because of how poorly we were treated. The publisher uses illegal email scraping practices to solicit advertising. The publisher mimics Jordan Belfort's (the main character from Wolf of Wall Street) personality and speeches. Money is all that matters. Also, the publisher is both a know-it-all, never wrong, and forgetful at the same time. Great combo! This is a telemarketing, not marketing. The office is above a truck mechanic shop that allows smokers, which all floods into the space we work(ed). All office equipment is as old as possible while still barely functioning.
