No structure No training No organizational chart to speak of Regional teams spread byond thin Everyone making best guess Not worth risking our license Lots of folks quitting or mysteriously go missing from the team

Pros

Great team members, and leaders. A lot of our NJ teams have been in position for a long time. Just like any job, you will be expected to work hard. If working hard is not for you, then this is not the place. I love working for Distinctive.

Cons

Culture in some of the communities is difficult. Some can't get past the past and are still stuck in their old ways. Makes it difficult for the rest of us who are interested in moving the company forward!

Enjoyed working with my coworkers and residents

Cons

Unsupportive management. Favoritism given to certain workers. Very unprofessional environment. You will never be able to enjoy a day or weekend off without being made to feel guilty about it or receiving multiple calls and texts even after saying no.
