Good co-workers Lots of resources Kids are pretty respectful

Cons

Upper-level administration is pushing "no zero" grading (with an arbitrary 50% for all assignments - even students that are caught cheating!) Admin also pushes standards-based grading with an unrealistic time frame, unclear directives, and mismatching goals (automatic 50% does not match with asking students to learn standards or move into AP classes)

Great Students and co-workers at both Hersey and Wheeling High School

Cons

Administration and school leaders cowards, liars, and narcissistic. Leaders should speak more about the people they lead then themselves. The most unprofessional and self accommodating group I have work with in 23 years.
