- lots of bureaucracy - not alot of room for growth - will be times when you don't have much work to do. that may or may not work well for you

Benefits are average with sick, vacation, holidays, and 401k but very difficult to take vacation.

Politics and conflicts of interest abound. There is no career ladder and no real chance for lateral moves either. Company is very small. Managers and directors have no decision-making authority; it all comes from the C suite. Pay is substantially below industry-standard. Employees are saddled with more and more responsibility with no increase in pay. There is no such thing as work/life balance. They let high-performing employees leave with no attempts to salvage.
