Where do I begin. Diversant claims to be a diverse company when Diversant doesn’t even recognize MLK day that’s one. That is just the facade that Diversant uses just to try to be different than other recruiting firms. If you look at the stats of the company there may be only a handful of African American, Hispanic, or any race other than Caucasian that works there. Secondly, the recruiters do all the work and do not get any recognition for the amount of work recruiters put in. When the VP comes in town, what do they do, they take the sales team out to a nice dinner and drinks while the recruiters just sit and continue working and getting burned to the ground. Recruiters have at least 20-25+ open jobs that are on their dashboard that are system generated. Boom here come these lazy account managers who doesn’t do any work but claim the job just because it may be in their line of business, but have not made any attempt to reach out to the manager, but then again they do not know the manager. But yet I have to split my deal with someone who doesn’t do any work and they get paid more than me for what. Out of the Charlotte office there were only 3 maybe 4 on a good month who would go out and get the jobs that are exclusive for the recruiters to work on. Mind you there are a total of 10+ account managers in the office and the company continues to add more account managers but would not spend the money to get more recruiters to handle the amount of work that is needed. I have witness Account Managers 1st hand not work on a job, claim they have business meetings and would never be at meetings. Good thing for Apple Technology where you could track another iPhone user with Find my Friends. It would literally show the Account Managers at the Mall or still at home, but yet the recruiters are not able to work from work. Why do you need the recruiters in the office when we cannot walk a consultant to his/her interview or even walk the consultant to their 1st day. The MD states that he would like to have another account manager go with the account manager and consultant. But hey it’s not my company I just know that this company is going downhill. Consultants stay away, especially if you are currently on a visa. I have seen 1st hand Diversant screw up consultants like yourself VISA’s and ignore the fact that they have screwed up your visa and will have you deported and not think twice about it or try to resolve the issue. I can go on and on and on about this company. I have been there for a little of 2yrs and I have witness 6 managers come and go and recruiters leave before reaching their 12 month mark. I am telling you, please stay away from this company because you will regret this mistake in your career. You will wake up miserable and not want to come to work.
