Management and ownership provide you with the tools, training, and constant coaching to help you achieve the level of success you desire. The office culture is busy and energetic, plenty of requirements to work on, which means plenty of money to be made. Our leadership and management team have done an outstanding job building solid relationships with clients in our current markets and clients in our future markets, further proving the level of professionalism and dedication from the top down. Diversant is growing and expanding, and I cannot think of a more exciting firm in the IT industry to learn and grow.
Cons
To be successful in this industry you have to be self motivated, hard working, and resilient. The environment is fast paced and production driven, like every other firm in the industry. Some may perceive this as a 'Con', but I love it!
