Pros
You will meet some really nice people, who work hard and are trying to better themselves. You get paid more than the average entry level job.
Cons
This is painful to write because you always want to be appreciative when you are given an opportunity but the sad reality of this company is that you are manipulated from the very first interview. They dazzle you with money, sporting events, and dinners with clients. In reality, you are going to sit at a desk, completing menial tasks that upper management requests and middle management does not understand. The training is inadequate and the work load is not enough to cover the metrics they demand. There is a desperation coming from middle management, who are struggling to organize a bunch of twenty-somethings and create a productive environment. If you want to have a happy work life here, stay naive about what goes on behind closed doors.
