Pros
DCI has a great culture that promotes growth in both a professional and personal aspect. Whatever role you pick up at DCI you'll always find new challenges and you'll start to feel excited as your success helps propel the company forward. The coworkers are great, the technologies are advanced and interesting, our customers like our product, and, with the company growing, there will always be something new and exciting.
Cons
It can be a little intimidating getting started. A lot of the projects are decently sized and throwing new people into without a safety net can be daunting. Improvements have definitely been made though.
