DA is an awesome small business that fosters professional growth, competitive salary, and decent benefits.

Cons

The health care plan is not the best, nor is the PTO, but the people are great. Lots of bottlenecks in the company that prevents the company from really growing. Not the best company for learning new technology and staying in tune with today's standards.
