Pros
I truly enjoy my job. Do I have bad days? yes. Overall I really like working here and while there are things that could be better its not nearly as bad as some of the other reviewers point out. Sometimes people just don't work out. Sometimes the job isn't right for them. I understand the whole point for the company to exists is to make a profit. As long as I continue to be treated FAIRLY am happy to be part of that effort. My manager is very encouraging and helpful towards me. Maybe the other reviewers were referring to specific people because I haven't been part of what they describe. We are all here with a purpose. Some people do it better then others. That's life. If your job is really that bad or you are that underpaid you may want to look for another one. That is up to you but the grass isn't always greener.
Cons
Parking can be a pain. That is definitely true. One building would be better and I know they have looked but didn't find anything local and didn't want to impact the daily commute of the employees. Its probably more expensive to have multiple buildings, I don't know. Not making my commute even longer is appreciated though.
