Pros
- An incredibly inclusive and supportive community of members who work together to solve problems and accomplish goals. - Managers are very open to talking with their workers (given they don't have their hand tied at the moment) and are willing to teach and train you so that you're not out there dead in the water. -Actively encourages teamwork and communication in order to get the job done.
Cons
-Pay is on the lower side. Usually the Analyst jobs here are either temp jobs or to get your foot in the door in the industry. Unless you're vigilant and lucky where you can keep moving up, moving up is a bit difficult at the company. -The position of NOC Analyst is either very slow (after finishing a large project) and reactive or incredibly busy (when a new rollout begins). You have to be adaptable and flexible in order to thrive in this environment.
