Thank you for your feedback. Though negative experiences are hard to hear, we do not turn a deaf ear as they are also what help stimulate change. Throughout the expansion of our team, we have worked diligently to place those whom we have deemed fit into leadership roles in hopes that they will carry out the responsibility of directing not only their direct reports, but also in successfully fulfilling the overall company objectives. We continue to have confidence in our team but also acknowledge that nothing is ever perfect. There is no playbook when dealing with an unprecedented global economic crisis of this magnitude. Our leadership team and their decisions continue to focus on sustaining a healthy company and providing for as many team members as possible.
