Mostly nice people to work with.

Cons

Senior managers don't communicate transparently with employees. Vice president often ignore the process and force down the work. Poor, unorganized HR support.

Thank you for your feedback. Communication is key to any growing business, and that is why we continue to expand our means of correspondence to all of our employees. From quarterly sessions reviewing company performance to weekly newsletter highlights and daily updates on our internal communications platform, we strive to make sure there are no unanswered questions. Seamless communication also plays a huge part in creation and implementation of process and procedure. As we continue to grow, so will our processes. Our dedicated team of professionals is constantly pursuing new methods of communication so that these processes are transparent such as our HR ticketing system that provides a clear platform to present any questions, concerns and/or feedback with a guaranteed timely response. Pros

They do have decent resources to work with and the pay is decent.

Cons

They shut down our local office, leaving many of us more or less on an island. For onsite services, there isn't much upward trejectory.
