Thank you for your feedback. While we do not look forward to hearing about negative experiences, we do appreciate your transparency. As with any growing company, there are unavoidable growing pains. We are not oblivious to the continued work and effort that needs to take place companywide in order to eliminate these experiences. We are diligently working to make sure we pay attention to all details, including management choices and making sure these roles are filled with self-accountable, honest, ethically and goal driven individuals who will encourage their team to express new ideas and maintain a trustworthy comfort zone.
