Cons
Mental health is not important to management. Employees are overworked and severely under compensated. Management will make false promises and timelines to get new employees in the door. The Midland site is an extremely high-turnover work environment due to the lack of appreciation and support for employees. Be prepared to find ALL answers/solutions on your own with no help from management. Never expect recognition for your years of service. Raises are not reflected by work performance, yearly reviews or cost of living adjustment; however, you will get a minuscule raise for taking on a whole new role on-top-of your current role. There is bias against age, mainly those under 30, and years of service. Management chooses favorites, hope you’re a party-animal.
