Pros
I honestly cannot think of any pros. This used to be Sensory Technologies, which was a place that was great, coworkers cared, and at the end of the day you felt your company had your back. That is all gone now. Some of those people that made it great are still there but they are a shell of who they used to be and powerless to change anything.
Cons
In the time they bought out ST, they reduced wages by 20%, then hours were reduced 20%, took away 401k, took away ability to take work vans home. You were forced to go on extended out of town jobs or sit at home with no pay. Before we were home every weekend at least, now you were expected to be gone for 3-6 weeks at a time with no return home trip. Went from having a private hotel room to sharing AirBnB's with 3 or 4 co workers. Wages were reinstated after 7 months, there were no raises for 18 months, all training is unpaid, your 401k match is discretionary (if they feel like it they will match at the end of the year) They had zero respect for work life balance or people with families.
