Pros

Don’t see any pros. Even the most basic welfare such as public holiday celebration is also not arranged. Felt like a normal day.

Cons

Whole company level has low drive and motivation, due to the freeze of annual increment and promotion due to the incompetence of senior management has been changing and constant shifting different goal to their personal goal. Senior management is not doing their job in getting businesses in rather than micromanaging the subordinate and controlling every little thing. Despite everything, the executive is even made to work shift despite there is already a supervisor and senior supervisors around to ensure operations run smoothly. Thus, there is no need for the executive to run the same roster as the supervisor when they are promoted due to their competency? Also, the executive is working multiple jobs due to the incompetence of staff that is incompetency by yet promoted to be an executive. Thus, another executive has to take on more work such as investigation, projects, etc and apart from the normal duty manager duties. It is an inefficient way to run the company. Management team inject young bloods to improve the processes and company but refuse to accept proposal! How are we going to improve? Management is just taking of a simple job and yet refuse to go beyond.

Pros

Just about unlimited overtime during peak season

Cons

Have to work in all weather conditions and managers have less power over schedules and pay. It’s really all cooperate that handles that

Pros

Theres no pros to working here. Literally not one.

Cons

Where do I start? First, whoever does the hiring sells you a dream and how it’s such a great place to work and of course I know working isn’t supposed to be fun and you’ll enjoy it, but it should at least be bearable. At this company it’s not. They overwork you and underpay you severely. The GM would even tell you to do work that’s completely unrelated to your dept. HR is deplorable. I had to interview with a director of HR, and he was sitting in his backyard, feet plopped up on his table, leaning back, and conducting an interview. He couldn’t even answer my questions clearly. The GM was decent but that whole company is just awful. The benefits are horrible, HR always has an attitude and it’s just not an ideal place to work. Only accept this job to build up your experience and get out.
