Pros

The benefits are much better than other companies. Dober is family oriented, so it strives to be family friendly. Co-workers are caring and non-invasive.

Cons

Salary is often low, raises are sparse, and the company attitude towards spending money is negative. It can be hard to gain proper recognition for your work to put forth for advancement.

Pros

Amazing company to work for. Everyone is super friendly, IT team is smaller which allows me to take on more and upskill more than I could in a traditional helpdesk role. (AKA I get to do more than just fix printers LOL) The two people I work with are super smart and awesome to be around. I consider them to be my friends :) Direct leader lets me work in areas that interest me and cultivates a culture of growth. He talks to me as an equal and lets me pitch the crazy ideas I have. To date Dober has been the best company I've ever worked at!

Cons

Supporting more niche applications used for analytical lab instrumentation and regulatory software. (Isn't a con for me but could be for someone else)

You can find lot of friends there.

Cons

They promise a lot, you will work hard and solve problems, complete projects, but favoritism is important and they forget about promises since there are only Family is matter.
