Pros

The owners care about their employees and the company as a whole. The atmosphere is fun – hula hoop contests, Ping-Pong and indoor baseball are just a few of the crazy, fun things that happen daily. The company promotes Family – Fitness – Fun. They have competitive salaries and are big on flex time.

Cons

Dober is a smaller, private company. Some people view that as a negative.

Pros

Amazing company to work for. Everyone is super friendly, IT team is smaller which allows me to take on more and upskill more than I could in a traditional helpdesk role. (AKA I get to do more than just fix printers LOL) The two people I work with are super smart and awesome to be around. I consider them to be my friends :) Direct leader lets me work in areas that interest me and cultivates a culture of growth. He talks to me as an equal and lets me pitch the crazy ideas I have. To date Dober has been the best company I've ever worked at!

Cons

Supporting more niche applications used for analytical lab instrumentation and regulatory software. (Isn't a con for me but could be for someone else)

You can find lot of friends there.

Cons

They promise a lot, you will work hard and solve problems, complete projects, but favoritism is important and they forget about promises since there are only Family is matter.
