The base salary is good and the quote desk and marketing team are the best part of the job.
Cons
If you make a commission it can be decent depending on where it is in Oklahoma or if it doesn’t take a year to get installed. If you are not a very comfortable resident of the Bible Belt you won’t be comfortable here. WASPy and very old fashioned company that acts like the pandemic never happened. Completely lacking in inclusion and diversity. Disorganized. Unprofessional C level management. No team leadership just someone who takes numbers and gives bad news. No suggestions to improve just emphasis of your shortcomings. Important items I was told during the interview phase ended up being completely untrue. The training is a few videos and some PowerPoints. If that’s not an effective way for you to learn you are out of luck.
