      Pros

      The finance team works closely with other departments, and there’s a strong sense of team unity here. Even with remote and hybrid roles, communication is consistent and transparent. I’ve felt more valued here in one year than at my last three jobs combined.

      Cons

      Limited onboarding structure in some departments — you have to be a self-starter.
