Pros

Before working with ambulnz, I was making 27K a year struggling to make a living at my old ambulance company. It's a sad thing that we play such a major role in our patients life and we are paid the way we are in EMS . While I was at my other company I heard about ambulnz and how they said they were going to pay the EMTs but i didn't believe it . After my old ambulance company shut down I decided to go for a interview . After getting the job I worked on the on demand model program where you get paid per call . Even while I was doing it I didn't believe it until I saw my first pay check. That day my life. Changed for the better ! Now I get paid to do what I love ! 2 years later it's only getting better and better . My first year at ambulnz I made 75K in 9 months . This year I'm on a trend to make over 90 K . Ambulnz has completely changed the industry for the better. From a outside point of view it does seem unbelievable but once inside you get a better understanding as to how it all works. EMTs are being paid what they deserve to deliver high quality patient care & take better care of their families. Ambulnz has many programs for EMTs . There are 3 programs on demand , routes , and resident . After advancing my career with ambulnz im currently a resident at a hospital and I love every second of it. Before coming to ambulnz I was a EMT with 4 years experience and now being a resident at a hospital with ambulnz it opened my eyes to show me how much more there is still to learn.

Cons

Constant change to better the way we operate in EMS , the ability to adapt will help you accept this change .
