      Pros

      - Best pay in the area! - Brand new Ambulances - Best dispatching system in the industry - Flexible schedules. I love that there are so many options out there, it makes it easy when my schedule changes - I love going to facilities when we're not busy, it's better than sitting in a parking lot all day waiting for something to happen

      Cons

      - More hours would be nice, but I know there will be plenty when we get busier - Some 911 calls would be cool
