      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits, good management, good equipment

      Cons

      Dispatch needs to think about how they dispatch the calls more. Like ALS doing BLS calls all day long or having a crew make a 1hr plus drive for a call that was next to station that other crew could have done. Need to rethink how they dispatch. Needs better FTOing

      Great employees, get to travel alot if you're into that, pay is good compared to other ems companies.

      Cons

      Job security, no room for growth when it comes to pay no matter how long you are there for.
