      Pros

      Teams work as a whole so it is easy to adjust to a new work environment especially if you came from a regular 8-5 office job. Also, there are surprise incentives to boost employee's morale and keep them productive.

      I have none so far.

      Pros

      Great employees, get to travel alot if you're into that, pay is good compared to other ems companies.

      Cons

      Job security, no room for growth when it comes to pay no matter how long you are there for.
