      Poor management means there's some flexibility

      Cons

      Do not honor their own employment contract, they do not honor the law, send out ambulances without AED machines and other basic equipment, incredibly high turnover, unequal enforcement of rules, punish employees for other peoples' mistakes

      Great employees, get to travel alot if you're into that, pay is good compared to other ems companies.

      Cons

      Job security, no room for growth when it comes to pay no matter how long you are there for.
