Pros
I have worked here for over a year now and the negative reviews were what prompted me to leave a review. It is a great place to work. I have had many opportunities for growth and I find that the biggest struggles that go on here are from people that don't want to learn and grow. It is a challenging environment so if you want to work by yourself and be left alone and not be challenged then this isn't the place for you. I can tell management cares because of the many initiatives that go on. Most of the responsibility for growth and innovation is placed on the employees though. So its great if you take the initiative and not great if you don't want to be a team player and help make it a better place. Everyone is open to ideas and transparent with decisions.
Cons
I came from a larger company and so the benefits were better where I was. But they are really trying hard to offer better benefits and bring those in alignment with other companies. From other companies here in Idaho Falls the benefits seem pretty comparable though.
