Pros

Great benefits and decent pay. Beautiful scenery and the dogs are so great to work with!

Cons

Very clique like atmosphere. My supervisor kept telling me how great I was doing then they fired me in the main hallway of our building. If certain people do not like you, you will be gone. Lots of head games and issues with trust. You will be overworked if you’re salary.

They care about you as a person. If you want to move on from the company, they will help you. If you want to better yourself with schooling, they will help you. They just want every employee to be their best.

Cons

It's a nonprofit, so the pay is lower than a for-profit company.
