They do not actually follow the values they claim If you're the least bit "diverse" you won't last. I was pushed out for being neurodivergent

Pros

Great benefits and decent pay. Beautiful scenery and the dogs are so great to work with!

Cons

Very clique like atmosphere. My supervisor kept telling me how great I was doing then they fired me in the main hallway of our building. If certain people do not like you, you will be gone. Lots of head games and issues with trust. You will be overworked if you’re salary.
