      Pros

      Great people and culture,they care about thier people,quality of life is better than most, good pay and raises,bonus also. Lots of company events and the company is growing so lots of promotions. I can see myself here for a log time.

      Cons

      There is not anything I dont like with Doherty that wouldn't be the same con with another restaurant company or others I have worked for.

      many long time employees. money is good. clientele is a lot of regulars which makes making money easy

      There are none. Managemt anywhere you go will have its obstacles it’s how you deal with daily stress
