Forced to hang flyers during nights and weekends after working 40-45 hour work weeks and not paid mileage. Empty promises about becoming salary or "corporate" as they call it. Unrealistic goals which puts pressure on employees to send unqualified candidates. Mandatory overtime by making you stay until "fills" are accomplished. Felt judged solely on my P.I. instead of meeting me in person. Felt micromanaged many times and not given the chance to be creative.
