      Doherty didn't have the original position available that I had applied for, but were able to find another position that was acceptable for me.

      This is my first time working with Doherty, so I have no complaints thus far.

      Pros

      The people you work alongside tend to be pretty awesome.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Toxic work culture. Not willing to listen to employees outside of their executive leadership team, solely to protect their executive leadership team. HR truly has no control of the culture. Health benefits are horrible.
