      Pros

      I greatly appreciated that office staff heard my concerns. They helped to find a placement that worked well with my commute so that my job could last for the long term. I've been very pleased to date.

      Cons

      It takes 90 days to roll over which is not unreasonable.

      Pros

      The people you work alongside tend to be pretty awesome.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Toxic work culture. Not willing to listen to employees outside of their executive leadership team, solely to protect their executive leadership team. HR truly has no control of the culture. Health benefits are horrible.
