      You meet a lot of new people that are so nice and willing to you help you until you catch on to things

      There aren’t any cons honestly, it could get a little hot but other than that it’s a great job

      Pros

      The people you work alongside tend to be pretty awesome.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Toxic work culture. Not willing to listen to employees outside of their executive leadership team, solely to protect their executive leadership team. HR truly has no control of the culture. Health benefits are horrible.
