      Pros

      Is a job that you will eventually get paid for. Company I'm contracted to has very nice people. Beats being unemployed without unemployment insurance.

      Cons

      No communication. Make up rules as they go, get everything in writing! Mess up payroll all the time and not caring that you suffer because of it. Very unfair vacation/holiday policy/pay (less then 2 hours wage per day for me and only 3 days vacation per year 1st day after 1500 hours) Very unprofessional/humiliating interview process.

      Pros

      The people you work alongside tend to be pretty awesome.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Toxic work culture. Not willing to listen to employees outside of their executive leadership team, solely to protect their executive leadership team. HR truly has no control of the culture. Health benefits are horrible.
