      The satisfaction of working with clients and assisting them with outsourcing employment services. The company has a good value system and we live and breathe it everyday. Dedicated to their clients, embrace change, honest & ethical, value excellence, team work, having fun doing it - this it to name a few.

      Pros

      The people you work alongside tend to be pretty awesome.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Toxic work culture. Not willing to listen to employees outside of their executive leadership team, solely to protect their executive leadership team. HR truly has no control of the culture. Health benefits are horrible.
