      Fast paced and rewarding career. Work hard and receive promotions. Strong family values. Opportunities to be creative.

      Can have long days once in awhile, however they go by very fast.

      Pros

      The people you work alongside tend to be pretty awesome.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Toxic work culture. Not willing to listen to employees outside of their executive leadership team, solely to protect their executive leadership team. HR truly has no control of the culture. Health benefits are horrible.
